We encourage you to notify us of complaints by sending an email to email@example.com. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to sign up for dispute mediation by WebwinkelKeur/ValuedShops. From February 15, 2016 it is for EU consumers possible to submit complaints using the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. When your complaint is not submitted elsewhere you are free to file your complaint using the EU platform. We do advice to submit your complaint first to us or by contacting WebwinkelKeur/ValuedShops.
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after the day you received your goods without giving any reason. You must send the goods back within 14 days after informing the trader. You will then be credited with the total amount, including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning the goods from your home to the shop are for your own account. If you use your right of withdrawal, you need to return the goods with all accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging to us. To exercise this right, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org. We will give a refund within 14 days from receipt of your cancellation provided that the returned goods have been received in good order.

PayPal is a payment provider that takes care of the online payments of thousands of webshops nowadays. A secure and trusted online payment! We accept most credit cards and of course also iDeal payments. You will see a complete overview of the payment possibilities during the ordering process. Ordering and Checkout: how does that work?
When you want to place an order in our webshop, add the desired number of plants to your shopping cart and click on the Checkout button. This will take you to the payment page.
Here, you can enter your information and if need be, enter a delivery address, if you would like to have your products delivered somewhere else. You do not need to enter a shipping method. Dutch-Plants.com delivers everything for free throughout Europe.
Next, select the desired payment method and click Continue. This will take you to a secure payment page from our provider Mollie or Paypal. You can pay here. When the payment has succeeded, you will be automatically returned to our webshop. Your purchase was successful! If you have indicated that you wanted this, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
On the order confirmation, you will find an order number. If you wish to email us, or communicate in any other way, it is important to keep this number handy.
Once your order is ready for transport, you will receive a confirmation of this as well. More information about shipping can be found on the shipping page.
